Springbrook’s
Accounts Receivable module is designed specifically to meet
the needs of the governmental sector.
Seamlessly integrated with the rest of the Springbrook
modules, this application provides a
comprehensive system for creating and maintaining all information
pertinent to recording and tracking customer data, invoices and
balances.
- Allows user to search for invoices by
(multiple) methods, including by invoice number, customer number
or customer name
- Provides exhaustive transaction history
of customer accounts including aged balances
- Prints statements from history for a
single invoice or range of transactions
- Accommodates multiple line items and
multiple revenue distributions for each invoice
- Allows user to set up and make use of
recurring invoices
- Allows user to set up and use individual
billing types to allocate revenue to various GL accounts
- Provides analysis of invoice information
by department, activity, items/services, age, etc.
- Creates statements for new invoices as
processed and includes option to provide customers with regular
statements, regardless of account activity.
- Shares common customer data with
Springbrook’s Utility Billing, Assessment and Licensing
systems
- Interfaces with Springbrook's General
Ledger, Central Cash Management and Project Management systems
in addition to Utility Billing, Assessment and Licensing systems
