Predefined Roundtable Agendas
Roundtables will be offered throughout the conference and will each have a predefined agenda (unless otherwise noted
in the registration packet – page 6). The predefined agenda allows roundtable facilitators to lead a productive
discussion focused on sharing and learning from fellow users and ensures that the items for discussion apply to the
majority of those in attendance. Please see the registration packet’s class schedule to review roundtable sessions.

Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel
The Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel requests that individual rooms are reserved under individual names (a group of
hotel rooms should not be reserved under one name). This will ensure a more efficient and easy check-in process.
If unforeseen events prevent an attendee from checking-in on the scheduled date, please contact the Marriott by the
check-in date and no later than 6:00pm PDT. This will hold the room until arrival and will prevent the Marriott from
releasing the room to another person. For more information, please contact the hotel staff at 503.226.7600.
Due to multiple conventions during the week of Springbrook’s annual Client Conference, many hotels are quickly booking.
If hotel suggestions are needed, please contact Client Events Coordinator, Kate Mitrovich at Kate.Mitrovich@sprbrk.com.
Conference Spotlight: Optional Activities
To help attendees enjoy and explore the City of Portland, Springbrook has organized optional activities before and
after conference class sessions. All optional activities will be led by a Springbrook representative and the activities
are sure to offer great networking opportunities. Some of the fun activities include: a 2.5 mile, downtown trail
walk around the Willamette River, a self-guided, tax-free shopping tour of Portland’s famous Pearl District
(including the world-renowned Powell’s Bookstore), a Portland Beavers baseball game held at PGE Park, a tour of the historic
Pittock Mansion, and a narrated Willamette River jet boat tour. Many activities require a participation fee, but
attendees will also find activities that are free of charge. All activity details may be found in the registration
packet (pages 16-17) and RSVP’s should be immediately submitted to Mala Bingham at Mala.Bingham@sprbrk.com or 866.256.7661.
