Springbrook’s Annual Client Conference

As technology evolves and business practices demand more efficiency, Springbrook continues to adapt to meet the unique needs of local government, utilities and special districts. Springbrook’s annual Client Conference provides clients with relevant information in a dynamic, interactive setting, making it a valuable learning experience.

 

Springbrook offers many incentives for clients to attend the annual conference such as opportunities to become a client guest speaker, CPE credits, one-on-one time with Springbrook staff, optional activities, communication and motivational workshops, scholarships, an exhibitor showcase, and roundtable discussions. All class and roundtable discussion subjects are derived directly from client suggestions compiled from the annual conference class survey and conference evaluation forms, making the conference a truly client-centered event.

 

Client Appreciation Reward Program

The Springbrook Client Appreciation Rewards Program is designed to give our thanks to clients for their support in creating opportunities for us to build relationships with new organizations. Participating clients can earn rewards in Springbrook Dollars which can be applied to products and services, and fun gifts like catering and Springbrook promotional items. Regional User Groups

Fostering relationships between our clients is what drives Springbrook’s Regional User Group program. In a world that relies on telecommunication to survive, we encourage clients to interact face-to-face to thrive. Regional User Groups are set up throughout the country and are managed by client elected leaders. We provide a forum for Springbrook users to exchange software tips and tricks, discuss ways to utilize the software and spur communication among neighboring organizations. Communication among regional user group members is not just limited to meetings as users build contacts and continue to network long after meetings are adjourned. To provide support, Springbrook assists regional coordinators with forming groups and planning meetings.
